Eren accomplished a lot in the time Levi was asleep. The ideas popped into his head faster than he could enact them, and it ultimately left him with twice as many tasks than he had started out with. Some things would have to wait, however, such as adding their new feathers to the existing mound.

First, he had plucked out all the strands of spoiled grass and thrown them out the door. He needed to go out and pick more to replace it, but he thought it best to leave that until Levi woke. His efforts had left the place with quite a few potholes, but imagining the final result was enough to make him forget all about the short-term eyesore.
