CHAPTER LXI: Don 't Give Up

Anya was panting, even though they had gone very slowly on horseback. She swallowed hard. Her mouth felt dry.

'Here, have a sip, ' Diana said, handing her a water bottle, 'Do you need help getting down? '

Anya took a long sip of refreshing water then glanced down at the considerable height between herself and the ground. Primrose wasn 't higher than she remembered, but ever since she had been hanging off the edge of a building on fire, held up only by Damian 's or her father 's hands, she was a lot more uncomfortable about the possibility of falling down.

The ride had been mostly easy, but now that she had to move and get off the horse, she couldn 't move her legs without her bones and muscles shaking uncontrollably.

'You 've finally arrived! ' Dafni exclaimed from the Wiedergeburt Haus.
