Your eyelids fluttered open, blinking away the blurry vision of the night sky. Memories of what happened hit you faster than you could process your surroundings. You shot up looking around the dark woods, finding yourself alone in a small camp with a fire built next to you. Your hand smoothed over the knitted blanket and small pillows underneath you. It looked like someone had built you a mini nest. Whoever they were wasn 't here though, you were alone. The soft crackling of wood and the cooing of nightly animals were the only ones keeping you company.

Were they out grabbing more wood or perhaps they were hunting? Getting up from your comfortable nest you sniffed the crisp air. Their scent was here but it wasn't potent enough, meaning they weren't nearby. Slowly you moved to the outskirts of the camp, hiding behind the tree as your eyes darted around the shadows. You saw nothing. This could be your chance. You ran to their tan bag and pulled out some herbs as you tuck it into your blanket like a sack. You don't know where exactly you are, but as soon as you find a town you can pinpoint your location. You opened one part of the bag and gasped seeing ruby crystals in it-

! These people were fucking rich! They had your reward and then some! You shook your head snapping yourself out of your daze as you tucked the crystals back inside. You will make do with the herbs and collect everything else along the way. You couldn't have been that far from where they kidnapped you. Throwing your blanket over your shoulder you skipped toward the trees where the camp light could not reach. Just as you were about to make a break for it-

'I wouldn't do that if I were you. ' A deep voice rumbled making you '

You turned around, back pressed against the tree, your sack in front of your body as if it were going to stand a chance between you and the alpha that just strutted into camp with a giant sword resting on his shoulder. Purple goo was drenched over him, evidence of some monster he fought along the way. He dragged a giant crab with him, tossing it by the fire as he fed his weapon to his inventory worm. Then it rolled up into a small ball that he swallowed.

You didn't move or say anything, like a deer in headlights, you were caught red-handed trying to run away ' again. '

I wouldn't do that if I were you.

' Was that a threat? You stayed in place, one foot toeing for freedom, yet fear kept you in place. You watched this bemouth of a man kneeling by the fire with the lifeless Kerka. A giant crab-like creature whose shell was so hard it was almost impossible to break its defense. Yet here Toji was ripping the shell open with his bare hands and eating the meat with his sharp teeth. He looked comfortable, almost like he wasn't afraid of you running. Probably wasn 't.

'Why? ' you questioned without even thinking. You had to know. What were the consequences? Would he hurt you? This was unknown territory and you didn 't know how to navigate this new side of the alphas, because you never tried to run away from them in the game! You wanted to be in their arms! You clicked on whatever dialogue would please them! Now you were unsure of your position in this so called '

game

Toji looked at you over the fire, the flick of the flames dancing in his eyes. It made his next words all the more ominous. 'It's what he

Your brows pinch together, 'Who? '

Toji 's gaze shifted upward, and you followed suit, leaning your head back so you could see what he was looking at. Way up above within the darkness of the leaves you saw glowing red eyes, followed by a shiny gleam of teeth.

'Oh- ' your mouth dropped open in silent shock, your breath taken away by the shadow of Sukuna. You could barely breathe, staring at this predator who was waiting to chase you down. Like a cat who lets a mouse free, all so it could catch it again. How long had he been up there?

Now with a clear mind, you nearly fainted at the mere idea of both men taking you within the forest. Could you even handle that!? You couldn 't even handle a lick let alone their scent!

'I- ' you swallowed nervously, your body felt like it was lit ablaze. Good news 'they won't kill you if you run- bad

Sukuna grinned, 'Would it now? What would you say? '

Judging by the crab Toji was eating, you weren't far from the ocean, just as you expected. If you had a good headstart you could make it to town and then find someone who would be brave enough to get close to the island. Sukuna may be able to run fast but he couldn't swim faster than a boat... Or could he '

The alpha paused for a moment then threw his head back as he barked with laughter, even Toji let out a little snicker to himself.

You put on a slight smile of your own, knowing that it was a far stretch, 'I

'Pass ' ' you sighed quickly returning to the fire. You dropped your blanket open and returned the herbs. You then settled your eyes on the fire, as you sat down and tucked your knees to your chest. Toji passed you a bowl of crab legs that he already opened for you. You ate the meat slowly, enjoying the savory flavor. It was amazing you didn 't need to cook the Kerka. However, you couldn 't enjoy it completely because of the smell of the gross gunk on Toji. Your nose twitched at how it smelt, it smelt like mold. Yet he didn 't seem to care. Maybe it was a good thing so you don 't have to smell their scent.

Sukuna lay down on his side next to the fire with his head propped up in his hand. 'I suppose I would like to flaunt our omega as well. '

Mm~ the welcome party. An event to celebrate their chosen omega. You could remember how excited you were playing that part in the game. It was a gorgeous party where Dove is practically the center of attention. Thinking of the omega made you feel sad. You wondered how she would feel when they announce you as their omega... Why didn't they pick Dove? What had you done to score the most love points?

Somehow they knew your every move. Somehow they were watching you. It couldn't have been them in the flesh, they were most definitely at the castle when you left so how on earth did they know

Your eyes bounce back and forth. Searching for any creature or person who could be watching you right now. There was something you were missing,

that you couldn 't remember in the game. You walked behind the two alphas. Toji asked why you didn 't want to walk with him and you simply told him he stunk, which made him pout a little. Sukuna didn 't care if you walked with them, nor did he care about the stench of Toji 's gooped-up clothes. Once again they had no worries about you running, and by the way, Sukuna kept looking back at you with that devious smirk of his you already knew he was waiting for you to try.

The only positive thing was you didn 't have any backpack or sack to carry, all of the luggage was tossed in the inventory worm. You always loved that little guy in your game- unlimited bag space was hard to beat, but seeing it in person 'it 's quite hideous looking. Watching it spit out your things and consume it was also a sight you didn 't want to see firsthand. You shiver at the nightmare fuel.

You stop abruptly almost running into the back of Sukuna. You furrow your bows wondering why he stopped. You didn 't have to wait long for the answer, the giant purple carnivorous plant rose into the air making you release a gasp. Its large lips curled up into a snarl as it danced back and forth like a viper with sharp leaves, its teeth were razors, green goo oozing from its lips. You forgot the actual name of the creature, but you have dubbed it a venus human trap. They must have sensed it and that 's why they had stopped. You didn 't even notice. If you were on your own you would have walked right over the ground and been caught! That idea sent a cold shock down your spine. You would have died '

'Another one? ' Toji spoke bringing you out of your thoughts, he looked unfazed, rolling his arm a few times. 'Getting real tired of these shits. '

'Wait. ' Sukuna stopped Toji from jumping into action, stepping back as he looked at you. 'Take care of it omega. '

You battle small things, creatures that didn 't look like they crawled out of your nightmares. Little blob slimes and dog-sized snails that move slowly. Maybe the inventory worm wasn 't so bad. You definitely didn 't want to see the other monsters.

'Y-you want m-me t-to fight it? '

Sukuna nodded his head toward the plant, 'What are you scared for? You 're way stronger than it. '

He was right. Though you stuck to the safer routes you gained quite the experience points. Maybe you could kill this monster ' you didn 't even have to get close. You stepped forward ready to go. Its weakness was fire and it used its vines to attack and spit poisonous goo at you. Kill it quick, kill it fast, burst it down. '

Feiro

! ' You tossed the ball of fire but it dodged it and then screamed at you in anger.

'

Oh shit! '

You jumped back in fear as a plethora of vines darted at you but Toji was quick, cutting all the vines with one swing of his big sword. You felt instant relief and gratitude for the strong alpha.

Sukuna shook his head. 'Stop tossing your

fireballs like that. '

You inwardly pout at how he sounded like he was teasing you, your simple fireball was enough for the small monsters!

'Manipulate the fire and aim it like this '

' ' The fire dragged from his fingertips as he twisted his hand around until he pulled his hand back with a bow-shaped flame. You were in awe watching him bend the fire so fluidly. He then shot the fire arrow directly into the monster 's screaming mouth. It was a thin line of fire but once it made contact it exploded in the creature's mouth making it howl in pain. You hated how awful it felt to kill the monsters, but it was a dog-eat-dog world. If you don 't kill this thing it 'll kill you.

The creature recovered quickly shooting a green goo at you, you gasped at how quickly it was coming at you, you wouldn 't be able to dodge it! You thought you were for sure going to get hit but Sukuna grabbed you and jumped out the way. His reaction speed was amazing, both of theirs. As vines came for you Toji took care of those and any time you were too slow to dodge something Sukuna would move you on his own. They were giving you this time to practice, to train your magic. You never felt so safe and taken care of. It made you almost giddy.

'Try it. ' Sukuna urged you.

! ' You draw the flame out and pull it back like you saw Sukuna do but your flame becomes wiggly and it bursts out of your hand. 'Damn ' '

'Again. Draw it out a little slower. '

'! ' You manipulated the flame how you wanted and aimed your arrow, shooting it at the monster. This time when the fire hit it, it burst into many pieces, purple gunk raining down on all three of you, as did the experience points.

You were so ecstatic about beating such a scary monster. The experience points you just received felt way better than the smaller mobs. You jumped for joy, 'I DID IT! '

Sukuna chuckled at your little happy dance, 'Not bad omega. '

You then wrinkled your nose and realized how absolutely gross you smelled, 'ugh ' '

'Comes with the battle. ' Toji laughed, his clothes were slicked with another layer of gross goop.

'Why does it smell so nasty? And it 's so slimey! '

'Will you stop being a baby you sound like Suguru. ' Sukuna snorted, not at all phased by wearing the blood of his kill. If anything he might enjoy it.

This wasn 't something you had to deal with in the game. I mean what game had you washing clothes after every battle?

'I would very much like to bathe. ' You grumbled. 'How far until the next town? '

'You want me to carry you? ' Toji offered.

'I can walk. '

Sukuna rolled his eyes, 'If your slow ass walks we won 't get there until tomorrow, if one of us carries you we can get there tonight, your choice princess. '

With a defeated sigh you gave Toji a nod as he scooped you up like the princess they deemed you to be. You were as weightless as a feather within his arms. You were glad there was a fresh coat of purple gunk on him. You didn 't want to smell that delicious scent that had your insides warm.

It took no time at all for you to get to Oshaka. You couldn 't believe how fast they could travel, jumping and sprinting faster than a horse. While killing anything that got in their way. For the most part, all monsters ran away from them, sometimes it was Sukuna going out of his way to kill them.

You shouldn 't be surprised how strong they were since they were prime alphas but it still amazes you. It made you feel like nothing could happen to you. Like you were safe. That was dangerous, right? To think that way? You shouldn 't relax, you can 't relax!

They were talking amongst themselves looking at you with glances as you washed up. There it is. You open your eyes as you hum at them. They had floated toward you. One was tall while the other was on the shorter side.

Oh is that how the story was spun and so quickly too. Someone kidnapped you, and the king alphas are your rescuers? If anything the alphas are the ones kidnapping you. But alas, you smile anyway. 'Yes, I am so grateful to have such strong alphas to protect me. '

You were shocked to hear Toji 's voice, your head snapping behind you, the very two alphas right before your very eyes with only a towel loosely hanging on their hips.

You heard the other omegas squeak.

Your heart was beating rapidly as you watched them take a step toward you. Your brain was trying to function but all critical thinking was failing. So instead you resulted to pushing yourself deeper into the water, trying to put distance between them and yourself, maybe you can get out on the other side!

A huge splash sounded behind you, water raining everywhere. You looked back to see what that could have been but only saw Toji sitting where you originally were with a little smirk on his lips, 'You better start swimming. '

Your eyes then darted to the ripple of waves that only indicated someone had just dove in- that someone being Sukuna. You panic swim to the other side, your hands rushed to the concrete ready to hoist yourself up when Sukuna grabbed your ankle and pulled you down into the water. You twirled around with Sukuna within the depths of the water, bubbles leaving your lips as you tried to breathe, not enough oxygen was taken in your lungs before you were plunged. Soon you were apprehended and then resurfaced with sukuna holding you with one arm around your midsection, your towel slouched, no longer tucked nicely around your body. You coughed and sputtered up water as the alpha swam backward with you in his hold. Once you were between the two you finally caught your breath.

'This counts as running away right? ' Sukuna mused, his claw playing with the edge of your towel that was barely covering your crotch.

And just like that you lost your breath again, your eyes snapped up to meet Toji as he took your expression in with an amused gleam in his eyes.

'Yeah, it does. '
