Tenzo knew his soulmate within moments of meeting them. He really hadn 't expected that. After the life he 'd led and a continuing lack of proper social understanding he 'd expected it to take a very long time for him to figure it out if and when they finally met. There had been times he 'd bemoaned the fact that their mental connection didn 't extend towards an ability to have actual conversations, limited only to allowing them an ear in to each other 's thoughts at will, but after so many years of worry it seemed there had been nothing to fear on that front.
