Yor couldn 't say anything back. She was convinced that wouldn 't be the case.

After stepping out, the doctor had sent this nurse to give her additional information 'a list of things she should avoid (like cigarettes and alcohol), prenatal vitamins she should take, and general recommendations like exercising, eating healthy food, and drinking plenty of water.

The nurse gave her several handouts, a bottle with prenatal vitamins, and some leaflets about classes for future parents.
